A legendary stage magician bids farewell to eighty years of magic. Through a series of flashbacks, his life story unfolds as his greatest performances live again.
DeMystifying Magic is a full-length one-man show. Though packed with a unique presentation of pure magic effects, it is much more than just a magic show.
The show tracks celebrated entertainer, Richard Ryder portrayed by Bob Gebert. Richard, the son of a legendary magician became a child prodigy when his father put him on stage at age 5. He catapulted to world-wide fame as the spokesman for a cereal company. Life seems perfectly glamorous at this point until he was called before the House Un-American Activities Committee and was blacklisted for 20 years. His life changes forever when he falls into...
