My overall impression
I’m not one to write reviews, however- dot-dot-dot. Michael Kass walks on stage and with ease invites us into his journey of self discovery. He uses only a few buckets, some well timed lighting and sound cues and well executed impersonations that bring the other character’s to life.
There aren’t many thing I loath in this world more than useless exhibitions of feelings and emotions, however, Michael under the careful direction of Miss Diana Wyenn delivers a non-pretentious, relatable, intimate story that stuck a chord on everyone of my heart strings, and a few brain strings too.
I went with a friend of mine and we’ve known each other for the better part of a decade and the show inspired conversations in us that we’d never had. This show is a must see/must experience. I promise, you will leave the theatre feeling hopeful, happy and fulfilled. And if you’re not a little bit in love with Michael Kass by the end of it, check your pulse, cause the guy is charming.
