Based on the feature film of the same name, Dhmer vs Gacy is a horror comedy bout the US government cloning serial killers for warfare. Sounds like a great idea, right? Yeah…suuuure. Jeffrey Dahmer and John Wayne Gacy return from hell to kill the scientist who cloned them. A ton of people, ninjas and sper fans get in the way and hilarity ensues.
