Confessions of the Happy Bride follows one bride’s quest to have a huge southern wedding an estranged family, a crack-pot wedding planner, a hands off groom concerned his virgin bride won’t be able to satisfy his “manly” needs, a heartless ob-gyn, and a mother desperate to live out her unrealized marital dreams through her daughter. As the planning ensues the bride attempts to realize her own dreams despite her aching need to make everyone around her happy… especially her mother.
