Los Angeles, CA – May 30, 2012 – Cabaret Versatile’s Los Angeles premiere of CARPE NOCTEM will be performed at the Underground Theatre 1314 North Wilton Place, Hollywood, CA 90028 June 10th, 15th and 20th. In an intimate evening of authentic French Cabaret, the personalities of five Parisian Cabaret dancers unfold to the sensual music of Max Raabe, Juliette Greco and Enoch Light among others. Starring Mademoiselles Blasé, Clumsy, Klepto, Blue Eyes and Nympho (aka Alyssa Furhman, Annie Gaia, Charlotte Henry, Julianne Kusmierczyk andLola OhLaLa) and Mr Beto Ruiz.

ABOUT CABARET VERSATILE
Dancer/Choreographer Lola OhLaLa trained in classical and modern dance at St Vincent School, Orleans and in dramatic arts at the Conservatoire National d’Art Dramatique d’Orleans. Over the last ten years she has danced and choreographed shows in France for Cabaret Parad’isiaque, Cabaret Stefano Forever and Cabaret Le Royal Music Hall Palace in Bourges, Paris, Saran and St Tropez. CARPE NOCTEM is the first show she has written for the Los Angeles public.
Company Manager/Producer Marie Bobin received her BA in Theatre Studies from Emerson College, Boston. As Development Producer for London’s Finborough Theatre, credits include: The Gigli Concert starring Niall Buggy, Catherine Cusack and Paul McGann, Albert’s Boy starring Victor Spinetti, Eden’s Empire and Jean-Paul Sartre’s Men Without Shadows (4* Evening Standard / 5*Time Out London). For the Jules Verne Festival in Los Angeles event credits include: The 30th Anniversary Tribute to Steve McQueen, The Steve McQueen Hollywood Motor Parade and the 40th Anniversary of Sam Peckinpah’s The Wild Bunch.

ABOUT THE HOLLYWOOD FRINGE
In its third year, the Hollywood Fringe Festival (www.hollywoodfringe.org), now the largest uncensored arts festival in the United States, will present over 200 productions of theatre, dance, comedy, music, visual art, cabaret and film, at over 20 venues in central Hollywood from June 14-24. There will be close to 1,000 performances in total, filling over 17,000 seats in over 30 venues throughout central Hollywood.
