"ONE BRIEF MOMENT OF JOY" LIVESTREAMS IMMERSIVE THEATRE AT HOLLYWOOD FRINGE FESTIVAL 2018

Los Angeles. CA (April 19, 2018) “ONE BRIEF MOMENT OF JOY” to debut immersive theatre show including an interactive livestream at 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival featuring musician Dolly Spectra, filmmaker E.K. Verlaine, and the experiential design team from Undone Horizon Productions.

“One Brief Moment of Joy” focuses on positivity and the act of seeking joy in everyday moments while promoting self discovery and playfulness. The inner circle of E.K. Verlaine will reach out to guests prior to their selected evening in order to help co-create their new member character for the experimental shoot. During the ticketed event, guests will be invited to explore the minds and lives of the OBMOJ movement and add their own voice to the gathering.

In line with the Hollywood Fringe’s mission of accessibility and community, OBMOJ will be livestreaming all four evenings for free through the lens of E.K. Verlaine. During these streams, viewers may opt in and interactively control the camera through donations at their discretion. An ongoing game, “Moments of Joy,” will allow viewers to win prizes by collecting footage of different experiences occurring in the live event. Donations are not required to win prizes, but can assist in the collection of footage. We also strongly encourage anyone interested to submit their own content about joy or spreading joy to the OBMOJ movement.

Audiences are asked to read the following important information before purchasing tickets:
-This is a twelve person experiences. Tickets will be priced at $50 each.
-The experience will last an hour for the evening of your ticket and require you to attend a member initiation prior.
-The event is strictly for people aged 18 years and over. Please bring an ID with you to your member initiation.
-While your level of engagement is at your discretion, verbal and written content will be in English.
-The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during the experience.
-The production will be livestreamed and filmed. You will be required to sign a waiver and a filming release form.
-While guests will be asked about this prior to their experience, some of our encounters include the following triggers: death, mental health, eating disorders, and emotional abuse.
