LET US RECRUIT YOUR BIRTHDAY SUIT FOR A BODY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

Love the Body Positive

view project

Experience immersive theater with “Love the Body Positive”—the only Fringe show with nude performers AND a mandatory nude audience! (Yes, this includes the press). Celebrate community without clothes as accomplished artists entertain you with a unique hour-long variety show of comedy, drama and song, along with the only interactive part of the show: a short talkback discussion about naturism and body image.

The show’s title is inspired by Johnna Adams’ one act play of the same name, “Love the Body Positive,” which will be performed as part of the variety show. The heart of Johnna’s play is about body acceptance. It debuted at the Seattle Fringe Festival back in 2003. Audiences from our recent run in Studio City loved the experience.

Please remember to shower beforehand and bring a towel to sit on! Performances are two Sunday 4pm matinees June 5 (preview) and June 12, then two 10:30pm Saturday night shows June 18 and June 25. The Underground Theatre is at 1312 N. Wilton Place, just north of Fountain and next to the yoga studio. Security will be present and there is easy street parking on Wilton Place for all 4 shows. All press can bring one guest (comped), but no cameras allowed. Please submit press name in advance on this site. Show link > http://hff16.org/3575

Take the plunge…you won’t regret it! Help keep naturism alive.
