THE ROAD TO HIGH STREET PERFORMS AT THE HOLLYWOOD FRINGE FESTIVAL
A Busker’s Digital Rock & Roll Story

LOS ANGELES, CA, Beginning June 7th, musician and storyteller, Andrew Potter will perform his critically-acclaimed, one-man show, The Road to High Street at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, 2013. Seated with a guitar and a microphone, Potter leads audiences through a series of stories, songs and video, and a constant flow of imagery – alternating between the poignant, the hilarious and the bizarre.

This solo piece is based on Potter’s experiences as part of the comedy juggling duo, The High Street Circus. From living in a beer tank to winning awards and traveling all over the world, The Road to High Street, tells the story of two successful street performers, through digital media and music. Potter takes audiences on the colorful journey of this unusual career, fused with themes of family, choices, and reconciliation.

Potter is a video producer, musician, performer and digital storyteller. He spent 15 years as a juggler and street performer in San Francisco. Recent performances for The Road to High Street include the Rogue Performance Festival (Fresno, CA) Wilmington Fringe Festival (Delaware), and The Digital Storytelling Festival (Sedona AZ,).
