We are excited to announce the return of Fringe Scholarships!
Fringe Scholarships are available to first-time Hollywood Fringe producers who self-identify as contributing to the ethnic, cultural, racial, age, mentally or physically disabled, sexual orientation, or gender identity diversity of the Fringe community.
A total of 10 Fringe Scholarships will be awarded after review by our scholarship committee, consisting of a jury of previous Fringe participants, scholarship winners and members of select outside organizations.
The scholarship provides free registration for a Fringe production, a stipend toward venue and production costs, a Fringe mentor and more! To learn more about application requirements and award details, or to apply, visit hollywoodfringe.org/scholarships.
Applications are due November 27, 2017 at 11:59 pm. Fringe Scholarships will be awarded in early January.
We are thrilled to announce the return of our Creative Workshop series this fall.
Join us on at one or all of our Creative Workshops focused on creative development and the writing process. The workshops are intended for those new to writing for the stage, but veteran Fringe participants will also gain new tips, strategies, and insights into the creative process. The Creative Workshops directly complement the spring 2018 Workshops and Town Halls, which focus on marketing, budgeting, and registration. Admission to all the workshops is free.
Each workshop will include a small panel of veteran Fringe writers, who will share their experiences and answer questions. There will be two sessions on Saturday and one on Sunday, all hosted at Studio/Stage.
Registration for the workshops is highly recommended. Seats fill up quickly. To reserve your space, register by clicking the links above.
