What I liked
I loved Lorne’s character and his vulnerability throughout the piece. He put himself out there and it worked, his character had me feeling for him, which leads you wanting him to have the best outcome, and then the twist happens and you’re left caring for the bad guy! It’s so great! The entire cast did a great job. I have to say the actor playing multiple characters (including the dog) did such a great job, and the actor had very different characteristics for each character he played, they were very distinct, and he did great! good job all around!
What I didn't like
Ben’s character felt a little like, he could have had a little more of an arch. He felt like he was a mean, hateful hurtful person the entire play, and I was waiting for him to make a turn around. however, This was minimal, the show as great!
My overall impression
I really liked the dark theme here. It’s nice to see a creepy story every now and then, and this dark but also funny show had me entertained from start to finish. I liked to the use of the set with the doors, and the use of hallway outside dialogue. It felt like we were really in someone’s apartment.
